Private Lessons

Private lessons are the best way for any client to better understand not only the Pilates method but also their own body! This session is customized with the needs, goals, and abilities of the participant in mind and use a combination of Pilates equipment and mat work. We value progression over perfection and this one-on-one lesson is where you will see and feel personalized results the quickest.  

Small Group Lessons

Small groups are limited to 2-4 participants per instructor and are a cost effective Pilates lesson designed for experienced clients. Like-minded individuals are taught in this small group setting to achieve maximum benefit for each participant. These lessons may use a combination of mat and equipment exercises unless it is specifically labeled for specific equipment. Private lessons are a prerequisite to join any small group lesson. 

Mat Challenge Classes

Mat Challenge classes run in 5- week sessions with offerings live in studio or online. Join a session to enjoy a group class where you learn the fundamentals of the Classical Pilates method while building on your workout from week to week. Can’t make a lesson? No worries! Recordings are automatically sent to all participants to practice as many times as they like until next week’s class.

Participants must be cleared for group activities with no major injuries.
